Bring on the 'Fairness Doctrine' -- It's a two-way street

As has been reported in the popular media, the liberal congress is trying to resurrect the 'Fairness Doctrine,' the old 'equal time' law for media. What the liberals are trying to do is kill conservative talk radio. So networks that carry the Rush Limbaughs and Sean Hannitys would then be forced to include kooks like Al Franken.

Why don't we turn this around to our advantage? If they manage to implement it again, why don't we request equal time on CNN, MSNBC, and other mainstream media outlets? We could upset the liberal bias of the mass media by requesting equal time for EVERY SINGLE STORY these outlets run. It's not that difficult to show the pattern of their bias in the stories they choose to, or choose not to, run.

I think Pelosi and Feinstein should be careful what they wish for. It might come back and bite them in the arse.
